Desert Pearl Bistro Bar—formerly known as bluEmber at Omni Rancho Las Palmas—debuts January 2026. Blending mid-century modern style with California's radiant desert charm, this reimagined space honors Palm Springs trailblazer Pearl McManus. Guests will be welcomed by floor-to-ceiling glass walls framing lush gardens and serene desert views, creating the perfect setting to linger over vibrant meals and crafted cocktails from day to night.
